HIGH COUNTRY FARMING

Mt White Station is a working high country station of around 40,000 hectares. Originally one of the great sheep runs of Canterbury, today it’s the setting for a range of activities including farming sheep, cattle and deer, and the production of honey. Reflecting the needs of the land – and our planet – our aim is to nurture the land so it is not only productive but also healthy, diverse and self-sufficient.
