Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@mtwhitestation.co.nz

 

1. Cancellation until 21 days of arrival will incur a 5% administration fee of the total booking price.

2. Cancellation within 5 to 21 days of arrival date will result in charge of 50% of the total rate.

3. Cancellation within four days of arrival will result in a 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Mount White Station reserves the right to cancel the Booking in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances. This right will only be exercised in good faith and under extraordinary circumstances such as:

(a) Extreme weather conditions that mean accessing or staying may pose a safety risk for the guest.

(b) Any alteration to the host property may pose a safety risk for the guest.

(c) Unexpected damage or destruction of the site.
