All goods should be inspected on delivery and any claims in respect to damage must be made in writing within 3 working days of the goods being delivered.
Any defect products must be notified in writing within 14 days of the goods being delivered.
We accept returns for up to 30 days of purchase.

If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by The BeeKeepers Honey and the buyer is unsatisfied, we are not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
