The huntaway dog was developed in the NZ high country to tirelessly muster sheep for days on end. To do this, it needs to be reliable, motivated, independent, and most importantly, able to communicate (hence its training to bark).

Day 1
8:15am - Leave Christchurch
9:30-10:15am - Castle Hill Walk
11:45am - Arrive at Mt White Station Homestead, introduction, check-in rooms
12:00pm - Lunch at The Cookshop
12:45-3:00pm - Free time (E-Bike, walk around lake, kayak, SUP, swim)
3:00pm - Smoko at The Shearers Quarters
3:10-5:30pm - Strategy Session (Your own business planning time)
7:00pm - Dinner at The Cookshop
Day 2
7:00-8:00am - Morning exercise (walk, bike, kayak, swim, SUP, coffee in sun)
8:00-8:45am - Breakfast at The Cookshop
9:00-10:30am - Strategy Session (Your own business planning time).
10:30am - Smoko at The Shearers Quarters
10:45-12:00pm - Strategy Session (Your own business planning time)
12:15pm - BBQ Lunch
1:00-3:00pm - Farm Tour
3:00-5:00pm - Honey Tour
7:00pm - Dinner at The Cookshop
Day 3
7:00-8:00am - Morning exercise (walk, bike, kayak, swim, SUP, coffee in sun)
